The real estate agent that we were originally matched up with was the worst. She made using a VA loan sound like it was close to impossible. Every single house that she took us to, all she talked about was how much work she would have to do and how much money she would make off of the sale of our house. She never bothered to get to know us or anything that we wanted, all she cared about was her bottom dollar. Nancy Lankford was her name. I would steer clear of her with future clients, she almost made us stop looking to buy a house all together because she was so discouraging. Luckily we had the sense to switch to a different realtor.

Diana was phenomenal!! She took care of things right away. I told her I’m looking to buy this specific condo ASAP and she did not hesitate. She got right on it and booked an early showing the very next day. I truly believe I would not have been able to get the condo that I really want if it wasn’t for her.
