Marilyn White was a complete disaster, she did not represent me well or my interests. She was unresponsive and dismissive about my valid concerns. She did the absolute bare minimum to earn her commission. She didnt fully explain the process for earnest money and was silent until it was past due and then proceeded to stalk my phone. After the earnest money and inspection I had to track her down after several attempts to create a knock out list.During the final walk through before closing, I found a toilet that had been shutoff at the valve, tried to flush the toilet and nothing, Marilyn basically informed me there was nothing I could do and "It's all apart of being a homeowner". She constantly gave me the run around instead of providing answers and tried to talk me out of asking the seller to make any repairs to the property. The taxes were a little complicated/unusual - the County had different records than the purchase agreement- when I inquired I was told "to read my contract"...My experience with her had me on the verge of walking away from the home and Veterans United and losing my inspection/appraisal and earnest money. She made the experience much more stressful than needed. She also tried to go behind my back and told the loan officer to communicate to me that "the taxes are fine"..without any written proof or research. A simple Google search for reviews reveals that others have had similar experiences with her. Veterans United should sever ties with this realtor as she is unprofessional, rude, and does not represent the buyer, solely her own interests.

Virginia was outstanding. She was so helpful in helping me explore a very large area in which I asked her to look. Virginia devoted a lot of time to help me with my home buying process. I will definitely be reaching out to Virginia when it comes time to either sell my home/look for a new home. I cannot thank Virginia enough. I will happily refer her to my friends and family.

Samara was fantastic as our real estate agent. As a first time home buyer, we had complete trust in Samara as our agent. Samar made the process very smooth because of how thorough and knowledgeable she was with the process. My wife and I were very grateful for her help and would be glad to work with her again.
