From start to finish there was little to no communication. She sent listings that were out of our price range, from too high to completely unlivable. I contacted her more often then her calling me so I could be kept up on how things were progressing. She would not even respond the same day when asked questions, I had to ask twice to get a "I'll find out." response.

Vy Nguyen was beyond helpful during our homebuying journey. We were unsure when we started but decided to go with having a new house built. Vy gave us an abundance of options and after quite a bit of time we narrowed it down to the ideal house for us. She was then there through the entire build process and gave us frequent updates. I cannot say enough positive things about Gabrielle! From the first phone call to well AFTER closing/move-in, she was professional, positive, and definitely made us feel valued.
