Debbie was extremely helpful with everything dealing with the house itself. She was willing to go to the house to show us whenever we needed her to and she made sure all the repairs got completed. She gave us a lot of tips for the house as well and was quick to complete any amendments that needed to be done.

From start to finish there was little to no communication. She sent listings that were out of our price range, from too high to completely unlivable. I contacted her more often then her calling me so I could be kept up on how things were progressing. She would not even respond the same day when asked questions, I had to ask twice to get a "I'll find out." response.

Vy Nguyen was beyond helpful during our homebuying journey. We were unsure when we started but decided to go with having a new house built.
