From start to finish there was little to no communication. She sent listings that were out of our price range, from too high to completely unlivable. I contacted her more often then her calling me so I could be kept up on how things were progressing. She would not even respond the same day when asked questions, I had to ask twice to get a "I'll find out." response.

Vy Nguyen was beyond helpful during our homebuying journey. We were unsure when we started but decided to go with having a new house built.
