UV placed us with Jodi Coleman as our realtor. Ms Coleman did an excellent job when finding us our new home. We told her what we were looking for and she delivered. Terry and Dave from Coldwell Banker were absolutely stellar. They took all of our calls and texts and emails at all hours and days, and, they were patient with us as we navigated this very tough market with homes figuratively flying off the shelves as soon as they hit MLS. To complicate things, we were very anxious to get into a house as we had moved across the country in a motorhome with our 5 pets. To accommodate us being a 3 hr drive away, they also provided us with video walkthroughs as they showed us each of the properties. The process, at times, felt a bit demoralizing when our offers were not accepted the first several times, or, when a home inspection turned up too many issues on a property we initially liked. Luckily, after about two months we found the perfect home which felt like it had been "waiting" just for us because it checked all of our boxes. Thanks to Terry and Dave, the buying process was as smooth as it could be. We are grateful to them beyond measure.
