Lauren Hearn was absolutely amazing! She is the one who ultimately helped me find the house that best suits me. She answered every question I had and more. I never had a problem with communication with her. She was always on top of her game, fast replies, did a great job helping negotiate terms with the sellers, helped me set up repairs for my home, even doing the paperwork was quick and easy with her. She genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. She had a great attitude and was very kind and patient. I learned a lot while working with her and I’d highly recommend her to anyone, especially if it’s your first home buying experience and you want to be stress free the whole time. I couldn’t be more thankful! And just a cherry on top, she even left hot chocolate bombs for my son and I at our new home on closing day. Very thoughtful, and we appreciated them!

I can't stress how luck I felt to have been able to work with Dave Piche. He was very knowledgeable and professional along the whole way. Ben was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. My wife and I moved to Ft Collins from the Midwest.
