To say that our Real Estate Agent performed above and beyond would be an understatement to her quality of work, dedication, and commitment in finding my fiancé and I the right home. Lisa is the embodiment of what a Real Estate Agent aspires to become with her tenacity and attention to detail on what we desired in a home. From day 1 when she got assigned to us, Lisa made it known that it became her priority to search for the right home for my fiancé and I to start our new family. Every question we had, every doubt we felt, or any concern we had on a potential property, Lisa was there to make sure we were given as much information as she possibly could give us for us to make the right decision. Nancy Humphrey was so helpful. Given the insane market with houses going under contract immediately as soon as they hit the market she made sure we were able to view them and put offers in if we liked them. She made sure we scheduled all of our inspections in a timely matter and she was very easy to communicate with.

The agent handed me off quickly and was not present. The "associate" was helpful and worked his tail off but I didn't see or hear from the agent until the day of closing when it felt like she couldn't wait to be done. Definitely left an awful impression of her profession.
