We only toured 2 houses. In both cases, I gave ideas of how I thought the properties could be improved. It's like I wasn't there. She was very glad to give her opinion but ignored my interest.

This is where they kind of dropped the ball. I wish I would've had another agent. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but I ended up disappointed.
I found every single house that we visited. We went out on 3 separated occasions to look at houses in which our realtor only showed up once, she sent a replacement to cover for her the other 2 occasions. The day of the closing she did not go with me. I feel like she got paid pretty good to just write an offer letter in which it only worked for my Original VA loan but not so much after I switched to a conventional loan. It's not Veterans United's fault but I wish I would've brought my own realtor.

He is a nice enough person, we just didn’t click that well. He seemed to speak down to us, although I think he was trying to be helpful. It felt like he didn’t value our choices- or at least agree with them- although he would eventually do what we wanted. In the end, everything worked out the way we wanted.
