Beth understood our budget and our family needs. She didn’t push us to our max budget. She stayed well within our budget and totally advocated for us through the whole process. She did an amazing job for us buying a house unseen in person. And she worked well with me and my high strung personality !!!!

"The Turbo Tax of realtors"Tim O'byrant made us feel alone and uncared for most of our buying process. He initially came out and was pleasant the first few weeks, but immediately got harder and harder to contact. My wife and I had never sold a home before and were new to the process of having to show the house. We accepted an offer to the house and didn't know the volatility of house offers. One of our biggest upsets is that whenever we received an offer for our house, Tim just advised us to take it without any counter offer or advice on what to do. After around 2-3 weeks we accepted an offer and were on the track to closing. My wife had to remind Tim of deadlines and sometimes contact with him took hours to days. We have been really stressed out trying to figure out our move date with the original agreement having the buyer take occupancy RIGHT AFTER CLOSING. That meant we would have had to have our belongings out of the house by the end of our first closing. Being new to this process we really needed a bit more help and explanations on what we needed to do to keep the process going. The way I ended up getting this sorted out is that one of his team members reached out to me to see if the repairs on our house had been completed yet and I had mentioned the occupancy problem. that team member took care of all further questions, and actually responded within a timely manner. As if to spite us, Tim was 25 minutes late to the final walkthrough of our new house ( His office is less than 2 miles away). As If to give us one last middle finger, Tim was late to the closing of our home and sat in the corner texting on his phone the whole time we were there. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

John Martinich is an exemplary real estate agent. He went above and beyond to meet my home buying needs. He was available day or night even with the 3 hour time difference, and he always gave sound advice. Going forward, I will always hold other real estate agents to his exceptionally high standard. I'd like to thank John for showing me how a professional in his field should operate.

Darren was so easy to work with. If we were interested in a property he would make sure we looked at it as soon as possible and explained every step along the way.
