I have to say the first realtor that VU assigned to me was terrible. He/she was always busy and never able to get me in to homes. It was a huge disappointment. Stop sending customers to Kim Moberg the realtor was a bad representation for VU. After frustration with the process I gave up looking for a home for 6 months. I decided to give VU one more shot and the new realtor that was assigned to me was awesome. 10/10 would recommend him to everyone. Rusty is the reason I am moving in to a home here in the next couple weeks.

Stacy was absoulstly wonderful!! We are first time home buyers, so everything was new to us. It was like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really care about hers clients. We didn't feel no pressure from her.She was honest and forthright- no games.

Sarah Floyd was fantastic at helping me find the perfect home and crafting an attractive offer that both worked for my circumstances and got me the accepted contract. She provided a wonderful private database through her realty agency to browse homes with my exact parameters that far exceeded the capabilities of common widely available sites. I still have fun looking at it well after I closed since this process made looking at homes weirdly relaxing for me. Sarah hooked me up with the right professionals to make sure my home was inspected thoroughly and that repairs were made before close. Every subsequent step dealing specifically with the home and the sale was handled with care and expediency. I’m very satisfied with Sarah’s performance and I’m glad to have given her my business.

Carl was a boss. We met and toured a few houses on 3 different occasions. Houses were selling so fast we didn’t have time to make the drive down each time we wanted to put in an offer.
