We never met our real estate agent during the entire buying process. She communicated poorly.. She never followed up on items. I asked her to provide or follow up on. She only reached out to try to solicit us to purchase products. She tried to encourage me to increase my loan offer rather than ask for a concession from the seller. It was a terrible experience. She was very incompetent.

Teresa is great. Whenever we met, she was always on time if not early and she has a keen eye for detail. Very knowledgeable. She pointed out stuff that was good or bad with the homes we looked at. She truly was looking out for my best interest. Whenever there was a question about the property or how things were moving along she didn’t leave that to me to find out she found out for me and got back with me right away.

Tom Bolduc and his team are everything and more than i would expect from a real estate agent. Tom was consistent, knowledgeable, and understanding. Each house he showed me came with his own knowledge and experience on what to look out for. He was the second set of eyes i needed to make sure i wasn't jumping in too quickly on something that would end badly. He and his team were really everything they needed to be and more and i am very thankful for their help throughout the whole process.
