I think with more experience Ben will be able to steer situations to work in his favor. I felt as if at times he would make a suggestion for something I could ask for and when I would bite, he would sort of back off from what he suggested. I felt like if he was to suggest something, he should be ready to press the other side to get what we need.

A very personable and friendly agent. Overall, we did not enjoy working with the recommended agent. We had to constantly push to get updates on our home buying process and caught several errors on contracts and addendums. We felt we did not have a realtor on our side for the home buying experience which made it very difficult to keep everything in order.

We started working with Sean, Re/Max Coast and Country in Mystic CT around mid-March 2022 looking for a home in CT while living in Annapolis, MD. This is our 4th home purchase but this time all our viewings were done virtual. We were unsure how this would turn out, but I would say Sean exceeded our expectation.
