Brian was very helpful with helping our family relocate. From the beginning he did his best with current covid restrictions. Once finally at the destination he did everything he could to get us a walkthrough of the property and was very thorough.

Our realtor was great in the beginning; however, after the closing process got started she communicated much less. We requested a walk through video of the home, to which we have still not received. We also asked for a firm move out date from the previous owners, as they had stated they might move out before the no later than date. She has still not gotten back to us and this is causing us to pay for an airbnb until the no later than date when we could potentially move in earlier if she could give us that information. Overall she found us a great home and we are very thankful, just wish she would have continued being such a great help as we came to the end of the process.
