Today is 30 Dec 21 and they have yet to reach out to see how we are doing. We showed up to the house without them present and the house left in below expected standards. The buyers left behind a security system as part of the agreement, but we cannot access said system due to seller restrictions on the device. without their help we cannot make contact with the sellers to utilize the device.

Seemed too busy and scattered. He was not good at getting questions answered. He acted like a salesman that just wanted a quick sale instead of a realtor that knows the community and is helpful.

The real estate agents I was assigned were knowledgeable regarding the VA Home Loan process, had zero issues communicating with the loan team and were absolutely familiar with the area I was interested in moving to. They were open and honest about the listings that popped up in my area of interest too. For example, they didn't waste my time with showing me every little thing that popped up. They pre-screened each property for me and only showed me the ones most worthy of my time and investment. Furthermore, if I had questions, they addressed each and every one to the best of their ability in a timely manner. They even conducted a second walkthrough of a property with me before I made my final decision, just so I could have more peace of mind. Lastly, we encountered some minor obstacles along the way, but it didn't deter this team. They helped me find solutions, and quickly too! I will use these guys in the future and highly recommend them to anyone I meet.

Verrondo is our guy!!! He is our realtor but means so much more to us! He kept us on track and informed. He was always honest and upfront with everything. Lol and even though I had him ripping and running almost everyday of the week looking at houses he never got frustrated with us. He is an incredible realtor.

On 5 different occasions Chase questioned if we really could afford different loan amounts $500,000 and above. Even as we assured him each time that we could and would give him a print out of our formal prequalifying memo from Veterans United. At one point during a showing asking my eldest son “if we could afford this home”.After we closed on the Cottrell property, I explained to Chase I was offended by his actions. He did listen and explained what his basis for his actions were. We listened and without knowing his heart have to accept what he said.

Although I have never before had a Realtor, I am amazed at the fantastic way Sandra Brandon has taken us under her very capable wing! She's gone above & beyond what I thought any Realtor would. Plus, whenever she felt others weren't moving fast enough in any particular stage of the game, she was right there, lighting a fire up under them. She's such a dynamo, that we were shocked when she confessed to being older than us! I like her so much that I hope we will stay in touch once my husband and I get moved into our home. She's like a Fairey Godmother, looking out for her client's best interest. I appreciate all she has done for us!

Slow to respond. No tenacity. Not really client centric. She did not have my interest at heart. If felt like she just wanted the sale. I was to far in the process to start over in this market. By far the worst. And I’ve been through this process twice before. My previous realtors run circles around Judy Griffon. This company is too good to partner with realtors like her.

Kellie Montie was phenomenal!! We felt that she went above and beyond, even showing us the home that we selected on Thanksgiving!! She answered all of our questions and even explained the home buying process in detail to us. As first time home buyers we were very nervous about what to expect but she eased our fears and managed our expectations.
