As a first-time buyer, my wife and I had little knowledge of what to expect during the entire process. Melissa is hands down, the best realtor that we could have asked for. Throughout the process, she was incredibly patient and educated us on each step from start to finish. She is very genuine and passionate about her career choice which made it a pleasure trusting and working with her. Melissa is extremely communicative and would answer any of our calls and or emails in a timely manner. We found her to be very helpful, especially when explaining the complexity of the contract details.Melissa has exceptional market knowledge and was providing my wife and I with different housing options after we informed her of what we were looking for.Being across the country, my wife and I were not able to view our future home in person, but Melissa took the initiative and not only toured the home for us but recorded it as well!
