She did well to explain home buying things to me, but I felt like I was doing most of the leg work when it came to finding a house, with the exception of the house I ended up buying. She really came through with that find.

My real estate agent, Tess Thompson is so wonderful. She was available for whatever I needed at any time, and her knowledge about real estate made this process so easy to understand and very clear and concise. In this housing market, sometimes things got difficult but Tess was always on top of it and her expertise guided me through this process very smoothly. I 100 percent would recommend her to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable and friendly with their home buying needs. I absolutely loved working with her!

She was overall a good agent. She was good at communicating with me and I appreciated her willingness to explain things to me as a first time home buyer. The only complaint would be she was very eager to increase my offer on the house I ultimately got. I had to be very firm with her to keep from offering more money and to rather to use other incentives for the seller in order to make my offer more desirable.
