The kindness, professionalism and dedication to our safety in a new home was top notch with Chantelle. Through the toughest market situations in a decade. She tirelessly helped us pursue our ideal home for our budget and location preferences. She really cared for the craftsmanship and security of any location we were at. During closing some of the communication broke down and we would love to know if Chantelle has the ability to use the Checklist software that VUH has. Gathering information from the sellers and transferring services is difficult. We appreciate her expertise on the quality of the homes see shows and her punctuality but, We needed some kind of updated Digital system to know everything is accounted for before we move in.

There were times I was a bit worried about the process but Mike was always welcoming for questions. He provided answers and helped guide me through the process. Although I was a bit worried, Mike always told me I was in great hands he managed to get it all sorted out amongst his busy schedule.

My agent Nathan Lowmaster had been the greatest agent a person can ever ask for. Not only is he a veteran but he has become a friend. He helped check on the house since I wasn’t able to while being overseas. He literally answered my phone calls and texts at all hours of the night. Even after I closed on the house he has followed up with me to see how things are going. I will say Nathan has gone far beyond what I expected from a realtor and I would definitely recommend him to any friend that is looking to buy a home. Even if it’s for advise in another state.
