Johnathan was assigned to us through VU. He saw us through to the end. However, communication was not always great, and we were never sure information was shared to the owners/listing agent of the house we purchased. Steps in the process which were supposed to be handled by Johnathan were handled by our loan officer when we didn't always get the response needed for inspections, closing, etc.

Based on an understanding at the start that she would find a house for me despite current VA Loan market challenges. She wouldn't give up despite easily continued disappointment with the listings.
