Mike Steichen was the worst realtor we have ever had. He rarely showed up, was never on time once even to show us houses. We nearly fired him as he sold our house as well and he never even showed it, other realtors did. He didn’t return phone calls, replied to emails once in a while and I had to track him down with call after call after call. Then when he did call, he pretended he was the one calling me instead of returning my call from my dozen emails and voicemails. He ordered the water test after the ten day time we stipulated, then only ordered part of it, then had to re do the lead test again. He never told us that the well test was approved, never told us the septic test got done till I asked the day before the closing date three weeks late. He didn’t follow up with a single detail needed for the close. Then he avoided me and never even showed up to the close. Didn’t tell us when the close was or where then CCd us in on an email to the lender when to go. When we ended up homeless because of his incompetence, he threw us at friends of ours who happened to be his former customers and next door neighbors, flippantly saying they are good people you will be fine, and didn’t call for days on end. When we forgot clothes at our last house instead of coming to the door, he put it on my daughters car instead of coming to the door. Has no manners and even the lawyer who made the closing complained about him. He kept blaming everyone else for the issues and Covid and I even watched him lie to our seller about closing the next day after I told him the closing was delayed because he didn’t turn in papers on time earlier that day. He still told her we were. Then later that day called me and told me it would be three more days. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

John, at Valor Homes, was great and hard working. He was always available and made my wife and I feel as if we were a priority. The work he put in really showed. We are glad to have trusted our first home purchase to him and his years of experience helped us land a beautiful home at an amazing price.

I haven’t bought many houses. Jason was the best real estate agent that is out there. I would recommend him. He made a lot of phone calls, dealt with the other realtor, I’ve dealt with Harris, he Worked with the inspection, termite inspection and water well system. He communicated very well with the due diligence on several occasions because of their appraisal running behind. I was able to call or text him anytime he would return my phone calls. He treated me like I was buying a $5 million house

Dave Sulvetta is also very knowledgeable and very caring. He stuck with me throughout good and bad times.

The only reason we were able to move into this house is Ashley Yonkers. I am so thankful for her. She will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Ashley picked up the slack wherever it may have fallen, and found results every time. Words are not adequate to express what Ashley meant in the sell of 161 Newtown Ave.

Karla, wow... shes the perfect agent. When we went to look on houses she would tell me if the house was worth or not. There were a few houses she told me to think twice. Also, she would walk with me and my kids as she was the one buying the house. We would talk, and text always reachable. Help me get all the companies for the inspections, she would tell me what to ask and what to look when the inspection were happening. Miss Karla is a sweet lady and very knowledgeable working with the VA. If there was a higher score rating, she deserve the very high score.

Our experience with Melissa was nothing short off of excellent. We originally met her by chance when she was covering for our agent due to her declining health. Right from the start, we knew Melissa was someone who was knowledgeable and experienced in the business for a long time. She was very courteous, relatable, and insightful of every property we've visited that day and believe me when I say, we've seen PLENTY of homes since we we've been searching for nearly a year! Regrettably our original agent passed away during the early days of Covid-19 and my wife had recommended we contact Melissa to become our agent based off that great one time experience we had with her. Melissa took care of us from start to finish (even with the complications of the VA loan), answered all of our questions (we've had many!), going the extra mile to get the results any new homebuyer would want, and she offered great tips or suggestions regarding future concerns homebuyers may have i.e. renovations, resale value, etc. When it comes to real estate, Melissa is truly the definition of a pro and this Marine whole heartedly recommends her for all your real estate needs.
