Johnny was the absolute perfect realtor for us! He was always available, prompt with his responses, and very professional. He was patient with us in a very difficult market to navigate. He gave is a great deal of his time to show us multiple houses all through video because we were over a thousand miles away in a different time zone! He worked with our very difficult schedules, never seemed flustered or frustrated, and ultimately got us EXACTLY the type of home we were wanting! He seems genuinely excited for us throughout the acceptance and the loan process. He even went above and beyond recommending inspectors, plumbers, etc. to make sure we felt comfortable buying a home we have never even seen. We trusted him wholly in this process and that was extremely important for us. I would recommend Johnny to anyone looking for a home in a competitive market.

I had the pleasure of working with two agents: Betsy Hill and Eric Callahan. Betsy Hill is an honest, compassionate agent who was always available to answer questions and provided exceptional education. She cares about her clients and I know so much more about real estate because of her.Eric Callahan was a wonder to work with because he knew the market like the back of his hand. We had an offer accepted in less than 48 hours in such a competitive market. Eric has a different skill set that a lot of agents do not have: he has a background and construction and explains the home's layout during walkthroughs. I felt confident working with him and could not recommend a better agent.
