Shannon is phenomenal. All of the other 5 star reviews are right on the money. What I want to add is, Shannon treated me, (a 1st time home buyer), as if she was assisting her dearest friend to find the perfect home. Her knowledge is impeccable and immediately upon our introduction, it gave me comfort to know that all I had to do was trust her. She never asked me to trust her, but her whole being radiates a sense of comfort, that made me fully aware that I had the best supporter (agent) possible. Shannon is patient and pays attention to detail. On an ongoing basis, she explained the entire process and never left me feeling confused about anything.
