Troy Thurston is not only my agent he is my friend now. I have never had that happen in business before, but Troy is one of those people that is nearly impossible not to like. Our real estate agent, Olivia, was really great to work with. We had a unique situation where we were unable to see the house before closing, but Olivia took the time to send us a video tour and she was always so helpful to answer all of our questions. We really appreciate all of the hard work she did for us!

Realtor was good. But there where times that communication could have been better. It eas frustrating at times to especially when I was told I was getting this or that fixed but then I don’t see it or they decided to change there mind telling me before when it’s too late.. communication could have been better. Felt some of the text came off abrasive and a little rude.

Like our loan specialist, he always responded to our messages right away. Never had to wait more than a few hours for his response.

Lindsay did a wonderful job, the only constructive criticism I can give to her is, reach out to clients daily, even it there are no updates. Be proactive and push other agents to get clients in gear. Not a negative experience though just wanted to give some constructive criticism. Overall great job, I appreciate you giving up Sundays until we found our home! Also great job on not only pointing out good in potential houses but also the negative.
