I didn’t feel comfortable asking her to show me more than one house. I had to firmly say I want this offer with a contingency for when I sell my home. She was still of the mindset when homes were in such demand you wouldn’t get the property unless your home was sold. I know it was a small thing but after I purchased the house I had to go to the seller’s agent to pick up my keys after a 7 hour drive and a difficult day of packing.
