Home was supposed to be professionally cleaned, was not at all. Felt we had to shop for homes by ourselves and then tell realtor what we wanted to see. Lovely person, more interested in seller than buyer.

Krista was absolutely amazing from the moment I met her to closing! She assisted me no matter the time of day and truly made me feel like a priority. Veterans United partnered us with Cassie Craig and she was amazing! She knew all of the nuances of VA loans so she easily filtered out homes that wouldn't meet criteria. We explained out situation and what we were looking for and was able to show us exactly what fit within the first five properties shown. Her team was amazing as well!
