He didn’t do his research in the beginning. He made a guess and caused me to offer $10,000 over asking price when I could have offered asking price or maybe less. Not happy about that.

There were some minor communication issues and a miss on changes the seller made that could have been an issue in the beginning. In the end though, even while out of the country, he did an excellent job and convinced the seller to fix some parts of the house that me and my wife required but seller originally didn’t want to do. Those actions essentially saved the process due to them being hard requirements for our side.

Desiree was outstanding; I really felt like she went above and beyond to communicate, often calling me after hours and on weekends to ensure that I was up-to-date on status. Desiree leveraged her own local network, including with the property's HoA management to ensure that we were making progress obtaining information, expressing urgency, etc. As long as the close took (1.5 mos. past the initial estimate), it would have taken longer had she not intervened.
