Chelsea did an outstanding job getting me to closing. My one regret is that we didn’t discuss our initial offer amount prior to making it. And I didn’t do my due diligence on the property prior to making this offer. I would have offered less as an initial offer.

I give him a 3 because he did get the sellers to bring money to the table for closing which helped. And negotiated certain repairs. But he was never on time to a showing, he was not present for our final walk through, he always made excuses that he was caught up with another client, then when he was with us he would be in a hurry to meet another client. We felt like we were just his next paycheck. I did most of the work. I found the house, I had to look up facts about the house, I had to make sure proper certificates were filed for the remodel for insurance purposes.

Christine is very informative and extremely outgoing! She worked around the clock answering any questions that we had asked. I HIGHLY recommend Christine, especially for a first time home buyer, she has been so patient and transparent throughout the entire process.
