Luci Buschard is one of the best real estate agents I have ever seen. Not only that, but she is an amazing person as well. She worked so incredibly hard for us and was available day or night. I had full trust in her throughout the entire process and I truly believe she had our best interest at heart and wanting to make sure our family was happy and in our new home as soon as possible. There were multiple bumps in the road and she handled them with a quickness. I have already referred two friends to her and would not want to work with anybody else in the area for home buying or selling.

The real estate agent on the Rio Rancho side was great. His name is Daniel Ortiz, he is very responsive and helpful. Keep him on your books.On the OFallon Illinois side, Sandy Montgomery was the WORST realtor I have ever dealt with. I was highly disappointed with her services as she could not explain everything regarding questions I would ask. I would not get her to pick up dog waste at the local shelter.

Chris also was with me for a couple years. Tirelessly going to homes, sending me texts and new homes. Things I wasn't aware of Chris would point out, or send me in the right direction to research, or do the research himself. Stacey Dobbs did an outstanding job of finding me possible homes in her area. After months of looking we found it. She kept in constant contact with me and gave me so many insights into the buying process that now that I bought the home, we no longer are in contact daily and I find that I miss it. Amy was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about the whole process and made everything very easy and enjoyable for us.
