Janet Janet Janet Janet. What a professional agent she was. I gotta be honest, no offense VU, but Janet was the best part of this experience. She was kind, she was patient, she was professional. She made sure we got what we wanted, and more importantly what we needed. She never made me feel silly, or stupid. She never made me feel like I was bothering her in anyway.
