Disappointed with Our Realtor ExperienceWhile we're thrilled with the home we chose and are incredibly grateful for the support from the Veterans United team (who were fantastic), our experience with Cheryl, our realtor, left a lot to be desired.From the start, Cheryl was condescending and often spoke to me as if I had never purchased a home—despite this being my third homebuying experience. Any time a concern was brought up, it felt dismissed or brushed off, as if she could never be wrong.What was most disappointing, though, was the lack of transparency about the home’s interior condition. During the final walk-through, the house was filled with smoke odor, and there were multiple pets (4 cats and 2 dogs) inside. It was so bad that we had difficulty breathing. Cheryl had been in the home several times prior but never disclosed this, which we feel was incredibly unprofessional.We absolutely love the house, but we are now stuck spending days scrubbing smoke residue and repainting just to make it livable. This could have easily been shared with us beforehand so we could make a more informed decision or prepare accordingly.To be clear: Cheryl is not affiliated with Veterans United, and our frustration lies solely with her handling of this process—not with the mortgage team, who were outstanding.

OMG this lad! We absolutely can't say enough about Mrs. Korey. She made you feel as though you are the only client she has and she made this process a lot less stressful. No matter what time I call or text she always answered me and quickly resolved any issues that arose. The first agents I was assigned did not work out as they were rushing me and they wanted me to over bid $10,000 on list price on properties that had been listed over 90days. My next agent Kristen was fantastic. She listened to me and got my list of houses together to view. She was an amazing negotiator and I came out on top!! She kept on top of everything and made this go through so smoothly!!

Jayme, our realtor, was another incredible asset throughout the process. She regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and kept the selling agent on track every step of the way. Her knowledge and dedication were evident, and she truly made things happen. We’re so grateful for her support!

Julie is amazing! Definitely couldn’t have asked for more out of her. She was always on top of things and any issues we came across she was immediately on it. Very professional and has a great personality. If we are ever looking for a new home again, Julie will be our go to.
