I had used Peggy as a real estate agent on a different house and she was fantastic, however, in the buys process as a first time home buys, with little knowledge at all, I asked closing to be completely paid by seller, I didn't figure that's not what I got until a few weeks before closing. I sent my escrow payment at the original amount, because that what she said and I didn't verify, when I moved in all cabinets where dirty, roaches, dead wasp, pulling hair out of drains, wasp nest everywhere, I felt like I could have at least been prepared. I never saw the house until I moved in, only in a video, then never got pictures.

Nick was hands down the most patient, honest, down to earth Realtor I have ever met and he offered such a thoughtful perspective on things I didn't think to consider, and he is well-versed in the home search/buying process! He did an absolutely phenomenal job helping me find the right home, I can't begin to thank him more even until this very day, for all his help and support throughout the homebuying/search process! Even when my list was incredibly long we knocked it out over two weekends straight and in about 2 weeks we were putting in an offer! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nick for anyone in need of a realtor or even had thoughts about things to consider about the home buying process.
! If I am ever in the market to buy again, he would and will be my first call! Thank you for everything!

With all the houses Chantalle went to look at for us and the ones we missed out on or weren’t so great and even the one home we had to back out of she stood by our side. She was so patient and understanding and just wanted the best for us and never gave up. Thank you Chantalle I would love to work with you again if we ever buy another home!

There is nothing Daryl Holland could have did to make this transition better. He did everything he could possibly do to make this purchase for me and in making the right choice of property. He was always available and expedient in addressing anything concerning the property of interest or any new properties listed.
