Realtor quick to respond at first to give service when first assigned to him. When we were looking at home & considering an offer, we were discussing interest rates & he said there is no advantage to finance the VA loan with Veterans United and that he had a friend at Mountain West Bank. We said "we understood there was a discount for using a realtor referred by Veterans United" and he said oh yes, I guess there is & he said he had to pay Veterans united a stipend.After the inspection, we requested a "R-10 Inspection Contingency Notice", which was to include a licensed plumber to fix kitchen & bathroom sink leaks among other different items. The realtor didn't submit that notice right after our request, but instead took one of "his repair personnel" over to the house to look at plumbing leaks & said it just needed joints tightened & the solved the leaks. He said if we had any problems with it, he would take care of it. For one thing, I don't believe it's legal or ethical to go do work on someone else's property without their knowledge.He was also slow to assure the paperwork was completed within contract allotted time, so I had to contact him myself. I would never recommend him to anyone.Our past experience working with our own realtor, everything was above timely and she even volunteered to pay for a one year home warranty. When we moved into the house we found a lot of animal hair in carpet & she voluntarily paid for a professional carpet cleaner.

He gave us little to no details on what was going on once our offer was accepted. Literally asked us if we had any wealthy family members we could borrow money from while house hunting. Overall we weren’t thrilled with our experience compared to the amazing one we had in Virginia but ended up staying with him as the VA loan team told us we would likely get a discount going through him. We did not that I know of.
