The listing agent (Nancy Krill) was good, however she came with a group of two other realtors one of which was excellent (Rachel). The third agent Carmella Gregory was rude , impatient and condescending. Near the end of the process I informed Nancy that I would not interact with Carmella.

Kelsey was absolutely great! She showed us every home we wanted to see around Lufkin and even shared helpful history and facts about the area. She always answered my texts—no matter the time—and went above and beyond. She even stopped by the house before we arrived to pick up a package that was delivered early.
