Rebecca was incredible, when our first house fell through within days of us closing, she was able to help us find another house that was to our liking and close on it in a timely manner. She is very knowledgeable and breaks down information to make sure her clients understand it.

Christian went above and beyond to ensure our questions were addressed as we virtually toured multiple houses and offering 3 times on the house we eventually bought.

Our agent was wonderful, when we would view a property she was telling us what was wrong with the property. With her help we found the property that was right for us

She was hard to work with at various stages throughout the buying process. When we originally found the home we scheduled reached out to schedule a virtual viewing. We text her at 730 am on march 10th. She responded at 1011 on that same day saying she would try to get it scheduled and if it happened it would be after 2pm. I confirmed that that worked for us and expressed how much we loved the home and were prepared to offer based off the listing alone. She didn’t respond to us. She never confirmed that she was/wasn’t able to schedule the viewing. Nothing. I text her again at 348 pm asking for some kind of update and she text me back at 434 pm of a tiktok video of the home that we were interested in. She had expressed to me that she used TikTok and I was and am ok with it. The issue was then and still is the complete lack of proper communication. Also, in the listing, it stated that there was a HOA on the property. So I asked her to inquire on what the details of the HOA is. Her response was “No HOA!!! No restrictions” this is all on Monday March 10th. Thursday may 8th she sent me some documents, one of them included a POA due. So I responded asked what the POA was and informed her that she informed me in 10 March that there was no HOA fee. Now I understand that there is a difference but i feel like as a realtor she really misled us. She stated I had no restrictions when offering on this home. My family and I planned to purchase an above ground pool, but now we can’t due to the restrictions of the POA. I want to be clear that this would not have effected my decision to buy this home at all, but that doesn’t negate the fact that she misled and ultimately lied to my wife and I as clients. My final complaint is during the HOA/POA figuring out process, I scheduled two appointments with her which she missed without rescheduling or even apologizing to my wife and I. First was scheduled for Friday may 9th around lunch time. I called and she didn’t answer, never called back or text me about it. Monday May 12th I followed up at 1058 AM and requested another appt. She responded at 1143 and said she would call me at 4pm that day. She never called or text. Tuesday at 853 AM I sent a pretty direct message explaining to her how unprofessional the entire process has been due to her terrible communication skills. She apologized and honestly since then she’s been solid.I don’t believe it should have taken me having to speak to her sternly about her shortcomings for her to provide me good service. I’ve expressed all of this to her but I just wanted to express it here to you all as well. I don’t know what the process is to become a Veterans United backed realtor but in my opinion she shouldn’t be trusted to help another military family through this process. Luckily, I had bought a house already so I was overall informed and comfortable through this process, but if I was a first timer her behavior would have added unnecessary stress to an already stressful time in my family’s life.
