Brittany with the concierge team put me in touch with Susanne Figueroa. The BEST real estate agent in the area. I had a limited budget, limited time to look at houses and within a couple of conversations, she was sending me the perfect home to look at.

Our realtor didn’t really do much for us. We found all of the houses and had to fix some things during closing due to the fact that she failed to read the email pertaining to the water test requirements for veterans United. She was nice but not very knowledgeable and hard to get ahold of most of the time.

He never asked us what we were looking for in a house. We asked him what he had he gave a website so we did all the searching with no help from him, not once did he say hey i have property that i think you'd be interested in or what size lot how many bedrooms or bathrooms are you looking for what style home are you interested in none of that. During the closing process he greeted us outside but once inside he did not converse with anyone at all. The sellers realtor had more of a conversation and was answering questions as they arose while he played on his cellphone as if he didnt care about anything we had to say or ask. He didnt seem to care about what was happening at that point since he knew he was getting paid shortly. Me and my wife felt more taken care of by the sellers realtor than by our own. He seemed to do bare minimum through out the whole thing. All he did was coordinate the showing of the houses and i could have done that.

Christy went way above and beyond her responsibilities. She made ever house we wanted available and even went quite a distance outside her normal area for us. If I know of anyone looking for a realtor there are none out there better than her, and I will most definitely use her in the future for any other real-estate ventures. Danielle was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond her job title and by far is probably the best agent in this entire area. I will recommend her to every person I meet that is thinking about buying a home. Even though she was pregnant and after she gave birth, she did an amazing job.

Chad was wonderful! He was extremely helpful with the type of property we were looking for (acreage). He was very knowledgeable of the areas and types of zoning, which I had many questions about. In addition to the automatic home notifications, when Chad would see one he thought was a good fit, he would send me an email. He went above and beyond and sent me the Lease Agreement he uses so I could use it to rent my home out. He was always available for questions and always responded promptly.

It started a year ago in Miami then switch to Alabama. Many Miami Agents that did not survive the process. Then I was help transfer all things to Alabama where i bought my house. The agent in Alabama was great Frank he even help me when i got into Alabama and was homeless due to bad hotel i had. Frank even answered me on his off time and kept in touch to make sure i and my family was safe. Before i arrive Frank did all the walk throughs with me link by video. The were a few things that needed to be done and Frank made sure they got done even after the closing. Great Agent.
