Never do video visits when buying a house, you don't get the full disclosure of defects in the property. Walkthrough day before closing is not enough time. When you rely on your agent to be your eyes when you are out of town, is a bad idea. Never rush a closing, you lose in the long run.

Anna Purvis was absolutely fantastic. She had my best interest at heart. Recommended against buying an inferior house. Then the next day showed me a house in a much better neighborhood that was what I was looking for. Would suggest Anna to anyone.

Victoria Holmes is the best realtor I have ever met. You can tell she cares about her clients and she is always one call away and she answers every time!The realtor we were paired with in El Paso, Texas that we ended up not needing to use was an absolute nightmare and even though we didn't use her to buy our home she left us during our showings appointment to see homes alone, she never answered our emails or texts, and I'd give her 0/10 and I hope VU never lets her work with the company again. Her name is Jacqueline Rodriguez.
