Lots of complications at closing that we, as non-reality people, we don't/didn't know how to deal with. And because the family had already begun relocation, left us in a poor position, with almost everyone involved shrugging shoulders, pointing fingers, and not following through. I don't blame our agent for the majority, I blame title. But I feel we were uninformed of what we could have done to mitigated these problems. I think he did his best, and would work with him again. However, because of this, I wouldn't recommend buying ANYWHERE without an attorney to represent you.

Malissa was an outstanding complement to the team! Being local, she treated me as if I was already a neighbor even as we searched, viewed, and considered every property. She answered questions and was always available, encouraging me to ask questions and share my thoughts and concerns throughout. Her position as agent meant that she worked with the customer, the seller's agent, the mortgage team, the attorney, and I'm sure others.
