Couldn’t have done this without Jason, he got us into our forever home on the first and only offer made in the house hunting process. Jacob Carlson was someone that I plan a working with in the future. He was so so knowledgeable and very helpful every step of the way. While our agent was personable, my wife and I felt she prioritized a quick sale over our best interests, which had both positive and negative aspects. We also did not receive a final walk-through of the property before closing, an important step to verify the property's condition and ensure all agreed-upon repairs are completed . Additionally, we encountered unexpected HOA fees at closing that we were previously unaware of; proper disclosure of such fees is crucial to avoid last-minute financial surprises. Fortunately, Clinton Dunlap helped lessen this financial burden.
