Theresa was ESSENTIAL throughout this process. This was our first home, and we knew very little about the whole process. I feel that she cares about my family personally with how she took care of us. Even through the bumps (not due to her), she patiently explained things to me and provided insight and valuable suggestions/opinions. She was professional, positive, supportive and always willing to do extra for us. I'd recommend her to anyone.
