Couldn’t recommend the agent, I learned more from the sellers that we were in contact with than the agent we had. The agent was always behind on letting us know anything. We always heard it from the sellers because of their agent was on top of everything. We just kind of felt like the agent was just there to be nice and get her money. Next time when we plan on doing this again we will be using Phil Wiley instead.
