The communication was spotty. We had emails from 2 different people and it wasn't the 2 different ladies I met for the last walk through and for signing the closing documents. Honestly i thought the home buying concierge was part of the real estate team, so idk who the real estate agent is in this case. Never met them. I would have preferred a more streamline process.

I believe his rates were excessive. He received more than the selling agent for the same job. He left his part on an extra .5 percent out from the loan team until it was time to close costing an extra 1200 of cash to close from money we were supposed to get back. When we put our earnest money down he told us we would get that money back. He under shot the cost to close, blaming it on us paying for points. When we said we wanted all the cost to be covered. Also it felt he was more concerned with the close than the house buying process. I've worked with other agents in the past that would move mountains to make sure the process didn't feel like a transaction.

Jaime was amazing!!! She answered all the questions we had. She showed us every house we were wanting to look at super fast and sent us any house that came on the market that she thought would be a perfect fit for us! She is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone if possible.
