I couldn't have been more fortunate to have Molly Davis as a real estate agent. She listened to our desires and answered all of our questions with very short turnaround. She found us great options and looked out for our best interests throughout the entire journey. I would highly recommend Molly to anyone looking to buy a home in our area.

Todd has the patience of a saint. My wife had very specific features she looked for in a forever home and Todd addressed every one. I know that I had difficult points of interest that made the process challenging. Todd's advice and enthusiasm helped to reshape my requests to more realistic ones.

Tony Picillio is absolutely amazing. This was not my first home purchase experience. But it has been 16 years. Tony has more patience than any person I’ve ever known. I had many stressful moments. He explained everything to me to ensure I understood each step. He is full of knowledge about every aspect of home buying. I know he can’t be the real estate agent for EVERYONE…but he should be. I highly recommend him. If I have to purchase another home…I would select him again.

Kristin was the best real estate agent we have worked with and we have bought and sold multiple properties. She is a great communicator and she builds trust easily!

Love this man as my realtor! He went out of his way to measure dimensions for me. He’s even going out and checking up on the property until I move in! Would 100% recommend this man to anyone else I know who is wanting to buy a home in the Oak Harbor area!
