As I stated before there were definitely some mistakes made that to her account were the first time she’d had encountered the issues. And she really did try to make it right by researching for some panels that we could use to make a roundpen that was verbally agreed would be stating when we did the walk through however she did fail to get that in writing when drawing up the contract. And to her credit she did take quite the hit to her commission inorder to make the deal happen. But in the haste of things, some things that should not have been overlooked or allowed prior to us taking possession of the property were and unfortunately we are now stuck with the results.

There was a lot of confusion with the seller trying to back out after accepting my offer. Sandy agreed to let the seller stay in the house for 5 days after closing and didn’t talk to me until a couple hours before the closing.

This man was spectacular. He truly seemed to care at all times. Always greeted me with a smile and a handshake. And at times when I thought I was annoying because I bothered him so much, he would assure me that it’s not a problem, and that’s what he’s there for.
