She worked beyond what a normal real estate agent would do, answering our questions, even obscure ones, finding resources for us since we were moving from another state and had no knowledge of Montana. Gave wrong information numerous times throughout the process, including telling me that I would do the wire transfer at closing, then denied that she would ever have told me such a thing. Then I showed her the email she sent me saying I would do wire transfer at settlement. As I said very frustrating.
