Paula Heard in a word: incredible! The hardest working realtor around. Put in multiple offers kept us steady through disappointing moments and hung in there as we navigated this whole deal 90% remote. In the end, in a volatile market, we got a lovely home at a fair price. Assistant Ty was equally impressive, a great read of people, and was so supportive! Our real estate agent was kind; however, we felt he might have been overextending himself with attempting to balance multiple clients. We had a list of homes we wanted to look at during the home search; however, he seemed to only be available in the late afternoon which was difficult for us given our limited time frame during our home search visit. There were times he could have communicated better so we wouldn’t have to ask the same questions several times before receiving any response. Overall, he was nice; however, there are some areas of opportunity.
