Kenny was amazing to work with. We had worked with him previously and things did not work out but he promised he would find us our forever home and he did. I would have rated him higher but both my wife and the Veterans United Team had issues with his staff or more precisely his office manager. Her communication was hit or miss and when she did communicate, she was rude, condescending and unprofessional.

Chuck and John are the greatest. John helped me realize that he knows what he's doing by finding several listings within my price range and Chuck helped me narrow down the results. Both kept me up to date on everything and communicated very well with the loan team too.
