We got matched up with Autumn Lear, with Megan's realty team. I don't think that we could have had a better match! In this very hot housing market where house don't typically last longer than a day or two on the market, she was able to find us a great home that exactly matched what we were looking for, AND she was able to to negotiate to a price that was well below asking price. She was very passionate about her job and took it seriously, and I was able to learn lots about the process through her expertise.

Very pushy when it came to putting offers on houses.Communication was pretty bad we missed out on a lot of houses we wanted to see. She has other jobs.Offered the seller to our warranty for the roof without asking us. Major issueWe were able to close on the home which was great but i wouldn’t work with her again, respectfully.

It was a blessing when I was transferred to another agent because the home I found was in his area.
Jonathan Mills was awesome. He actually treated me with respect, and I knew he was the right realtor when he said I could text or call him anytime I had a question.
And he always delivered when he said he would get something done.
Without Jonathans help I wouldn't be in my new home right now.
He will definitely be getting an invite to my first cook out this summer 🙂.
