Did not tell us about a bedroom in the house smelling like rodents and urine when he showed the house to us during virtual walkthrough. This was not on the home inspection either.
Realtor knew we were PCS ‘ing to Ft. Liberty and needed a ready to move in home. The house needed to be sanitized and we should have been made aware of the rodents that were being kept in the home.Realtor asked for a copy of the new appraisal to “close” our account after the house was purchased.I do not recommend the realtor to any Military service members or Veterans who are trying to purchase in the area of Fayetteville NC.

Emil was amazing! He was right by my side throughout the entire process of my home buying experience, he made it his personal mission to find a home that fit me. He listened to me, he was patient, and he readily worked in extenuating circumstances, such as meeting my sister (who drove from Indiana) to look at houses since I lived in Maine. He also viewed houses for me while I could not be present. He was extremely knowledgeable in real estate so I trusted his judgement fully.
