Chase Lyles my mortgage broker and Brandon Hayes were absolutely phenomenal. This is my first house that I ever bought, and their attention to detail, response time to any of the questions that I had, and dedication to myself as a customer, speaks volumes. For this whole process I was out of state and could not physically look at any houses. My agent went above and beyond for me because of this. We had constant communication and she sent me videos of every house that I was inquiring about with an honest assessment of the house in general. I would not have been able to buy the house that I did if it were not for her quick reactions and communication.

Though very professional and knowledgeable in what he does, David was hard to get in touch with at time and/or, didn't want to take my calls at times. Also had a negative tone on certain matters. He could not meet me at the property for a critical walk-through, and so I had to call my previous agent to let us into the house. Also when I visited the property (2 times) with David, I felt rushed and could not get done everything I had hoped to.
