For this whole process I was out of state and could not physically look at any houses. My agent went above and beyond for me because of this. We had constant communication and she sent me videos of every house that I was inquiring about with an honest assessment of the house in general. I would not have been able to buy the house that I did if it were not for her quick reactions and communication.
