She was only on top of everything when she was sending us houses to look at. After that she dropped the ball on several different paperwork things. She was messaged multiple times by myself. My wife and I hear our loan officer. She constantly thought other people were sending things when she was directly told to send things.

Derek Heppe was a fantastic Agent. He knew from our first conversation that we were in no hurry to buy and also that we were looking in other geographic locations. He was patient with us and only sent listings of available properties that met our criteria. We physically viewed just a few places which he coordinated and provided all the Pros and Cons of each property we toured. Always very responsive whenever we had questions and negotiated very well on our behalf.

We live in Florida and most of our communications at the beginning was by phone and text which Cindy knew the areas very well. Cindy showed us in at least four locations when we arrived by train to Waycross.. we picked in the area in Blackshear and Cindy was off speaking with the seller sellers agent getting documents prepared for what we would need to close on the house very efficient
