They are excellent when it comes to communication and paperwork; 9/10. However, when it came to house SEARCHING, we did all the work, Besides setting up showings.Only got 1 recommendation and they never helped us filter out bad houses or bad neighborhoods. If you can't talk on neighborhood, then find other ways to hint to buyers that that house likely wouldn't be a good fit.Not from the area, so I was too trusting in that I would be shown nice houses. It was like pulling teeth especially when we were viewing/shopping from Florida (16+ hours away).Again absolutely outstanding paperwork skills and good comms. Not good at being the boots on the ground and ask the questions of "would I live here? Would they live here?"
